In the automotive industry, any disruption in the availability of key components immediately translates into the risk of a production line shutdown. In this project, a client in the specialty vehicle segment faced a real operational constraint: a shortage of wiring harnesses, which made it impossible to produce vehicles.

Resume production as soon as possible by launching the construction of power harnesses on a scale that meets the customer’s needs and within the shortest possible time. The project required immediate action and the maintenance of stable production throughout the entire cycle.
